Terms of Service

1. Service description

AI Code Usage ("the Service") is a free web dashboard that aggregates and displays usage metrics from AI coding tools. The Service is operated by Aman Kumar ("we", "us").

2. Accounts

To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service in bulk
• Impersonate another user or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious data or attempt to exploit the ingest API

4. Your data

You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your aggregate usage data as part of the dashboard, leaderboard, and profile features. This license ends when you delete your account.

5. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed $0.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that usage data will be perfectly accurate.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
